Bay selects Trina Murray as Accounting Assistant

Newport News, Va., April 25, 2006– Trina Murray has joined Bay Electric Company, a Newport News general and electrical contractor, as one of the company’s new Accounting Assistants.

Murray, who has more than 15 years experience in accounting and finance, will handle general accounting duties and provide assistance to Bay’s Chief Financial Officer Carolyn Luckadoo and Assistant Controller Roger Hamilton.

Prior to joining Bay, Murray spent over five years at Ferguson Enterprises of Newport News as an accounts payable clerk and as an accounting/administrative assistant in marketing communications.

In addition to her accounting experience at Ferguson Enterprises, she worked as a bookkeeper for Walgreens Drug Store and as an office manager/bookkeeper for Philco Communications, both in Newport News.

Murray has both an A.A.S. degree in accounting and a certification of accounting from Thomas Nelson Community College in Hampton, Va.
