Bay Electric Co., Inc., is the prime contractor for the renovation of two existing bunkers, transforming them into training facilities for the Explosive Ordinance Division of the U.S. Navy.
As part of the project, Bay's work includes:
Lead paint removal
General demolition
Repairs to concrete spalling & cracks
Framing
Drywall
Plumbing
HVAC
Electrical distribution
