As prime contractor, Bay upgraded the security lighting for the Naval Amphibious Base.

This Design/Build project included four sites with the following equipment:  

West Side Fence

• One 30 ft. pole with one 400W HPS lamp

• Pad mtd xfmer and control station with fused switch, panel board, contactor and photocell

• 20kW generator with 100A ATS

Pier 1

• One 70 ft. pole with eleven 1000W HPS lamps

• Control station with xfmer, fused switch, panel board, contactor and photocell

Pier 35 A & B

• Two 100 ft. poles with fifteen 1000W HPS lamps each

• 40kW generator with 100A ATS

• Control station with xfmer, fused switch, panel board, contactor and photocell

Pier 61

• One 80 ft. pole with ten 1000W HPS lamps

• 20kW generator with 60A ATS

• Panel board, contactor and photocell

A 60 ton crane was used to set pole and generators.
