Bay was the prime contractor for relocating the Operations Center for the Elizabeth City airport.

Bay remodeled seven rooms and completing work that included:  

• Remediate lead paint and asbestos floor tiles

• Painting

• Fire projection system

• HVAC system

• Plumbing including water closet and lavatories

• Carpet, vinyl tile and vinyl cove base

• Raise floor panel system

• Gypsum walls with metal studs

• Doors, windows and framing

• Ceramic tile

• Suspended ceiling

• New partial SIPERNET system
