Directing Bay and directing Bay’s projects is a team of managers with a wealth of experience and expertise.

Included among Bay’s top managers are Master Electricians with decades of experience, a NASA aerospace engineer, former government contracting officers, a construction company vice president and seasoned project managers.

In addition, Bay’s managers are dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction. To ensure this quality and service, over 30 of Bay’s managers completed the U.S. Army Corps of Engineering’s Quality Management Training program.
