On this roof replacement project for the U.S. Naval Base in Norfolk, Bay Electric was the prime contractor, in charge of removing the building's existing roof and installing a replacement roof.

Also as part of the project, Bay replaced nine ventilation towers with three gravity roof vents and replaced the existing soffit.
