As the Prime Contractor, Bay renovated Building 260 at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.

This project includes:

Providing 14 trailers (19,000 sq. ft.) for temporary space to replace Bldg. 260 during renovation
Expanding existing building
Replacing lighting fixtures
Repainting interior and exterior
Installing and finishing new walls
Installing ceramic tile and pavers
Upgrading food service equipment
Upgrading distribution and adding circuits for food service equipment
Upgrading restrooms, plumbing and fixtures
Upgrading windows and doors, the acoustical ceiling and roofing
