For this Design/Build project, Bay was the prime contractor, installing 18 new high mast lights at the Petersburg Federal Correctional Complex.

Bay's work was performed in a highly stringent security environment.

This project included:

• Demolition of 105 existing pole lights

• Installation of a 3,000-foot duct bank

• Installation of 300 feet of GRC

• Installation of a new 500 kVA 2400V/480-277V transformer

• Installation of 18 pole foundations with 4 ft. diameter/20 ft. depth
