New roof being installed at
Gatehouse Q-1
The prime contractor for this NSN project, Bay developed an engineer
approved erection plan with shop and erection drawings to raise the roof on
Gatehouse Q-1.
As part of the project, Bay also completed the following: |

Demolished and replaced masonry
and block work

Removed, raised and reinstalled
the roof

Replaced gypsum board ceiling

Replaced soffit, panels,
fascia, trim and downspouts

Replaced asphalt with concrete

Provided landscape and signage

Demolished fence, turnstiles,
concrete, gates, posts and cables
