For this project, Bay performed emergency repairs to the mechanical room of Hanger 200 at the Naval Air Station. As the prime contractor, Bay repaired a ruptured 12" fire-main that required:

• Removing broken equipment

• Cutting the damaged concrete floor

• Repairing a 12" fire-main

• Replacing the concrete, and

• Reinstalling the equipment
