As the prime contractor on this project, Bay replaced the roof for areas C&D, replaced the roof on Building SP-45 and also did HVAC work on the project.

Because SP-45 is the Officers' Club and needed to remain open, the work schedule was coordinated with usage of the facility.

In addition, work on the Naval station project  included:

Demolishing existing built-up asphalt roof Abating asbestos Renovating curbs, roof drains and flashing Installing new built-up asphalt roof
