Bay Electric Co. Inc. was the prime electrical contractor on this project for the VDOT's Hampton Roads Smart Traffic Center.

Bay provided and installed a new 49kW, 120V/240V single phase standby diesel generator. The new generator, which has a 24-hour fuel tank and 175A main breaker, was mounted on a new concrete pad.
