As General Contractor, Bay was in
charge of construction management as well as Design/Build for the
construction/renovation of the the second and fourth floors of the
Federal Court House.
This project included:
- Asbestos abatement
- Total MEP rework
- Drywall, textured walls, wallpaper, ceilings
- Finish carpentry
- Painting, ceramic tile, carpeting
- Plumbing fixtures
- Electrical and fire stopping
