Recently Completed Projects
In recent months, Bay has completed dozens of government
and commercial projects, including three projects totaling over a
million dollars for the U.S. Navy and a significant electrical
project for Wal-Mart in Portsmouth, Va., valued at almost a
million dollars. Bay has also completed major projects for the
U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Army, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers,
