Quality Control
More than 20 of Bay's
project managers and executive management team have completed
the rigorous U.S. Army Corps of Engineering's Quality Management
Training program. When a Bay project manager is on the job, our
clients know that quality counts. We work hard to ensure that
Bay does the job right!
Bay also hires only experienced
project managers, who know electrical work and general contracting
and construction. Many of our managers are retired military and
government personnel or former government contract officers. They
know the importance of 'dotting all the i's' and following
through.

Ensuring that quality and safety is always foremost at Bay is our Safety/Quality Assurance
Manager, Jerry M. Yarbrough, with more than 40 years experience in
construction and practical engineering.
Jerry is an expert in
quality control management, having successfully managed quality
control programs for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command's ROICC at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth and Sewells Point.
He has widespread training in safety and quality management and
extensive training from the Corps of Engineers in almost every
area of general construction. Jerry also holds Master Plumbing,
Master HVAC and Master Gas Fitter's licenses.
