This was a five story project with 137 units. Sixty percent are one-bedroom apartments, the rest are two bedrooms. More than just a waterfront apartment home in Norfolk, Virginia, we’ve created a mini-community. Your new home has some of the most spectacular views in the region and nimbly walks the line between being an adventurer’s paradise and a relaxing hideaway. We’ve made some incredible choices in construction, from spacious balconies (the better to enjoy your water views) to double thick floors with acoustic mats. Every unit has soaring 9-10 foot ceilings, solid core interior doors and double think walls and engineered floors virtually eliminate neighbor noise.
